Intelligent Manufacturing, Dongxu Kangtu Phase II Component Project Successfully Commissioned

Late November 2019, Dongxu Kangtu new line first half of the high-efficiency components successfully offline, marking the second phase of the component expansion project successfully closed.
 

Dongxu Kangtu was established in 2016 and positioned as a high-quality mid-price market route. With cost-effective component products, it quickly seized the market. The products are exported to South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other places, and the market share is increasing day by day. Rapid development at the same time also began to gradually face the growing demand for orders and capacity mismatch problem, 2019 the first half of the contract orders accounted for 45% of the total order volume, large quantities of contract manufacturing cannot effectively ensure product quality.
 

In this context, after the group's research and decision, July 2019, the Kangtu new line expansion project was officially launched. With the strong support and assistance of relevant departments, the project advanced rapidly, and the project started in the same month, from the establishment of the project to the offline of the components, it took only more than 4 months, once again refreshing the "Dongxu Speed". During the construction of the project, General Manager Wu Guohua organized several on-site promotion meetings, requiring relevant departments to advance in an orderly manner in accordance with the principle of "safety is the prerequisite, quality is the foundation, and progress is the key. The efficient production of the new production line is inseparable from Kangtu's professional technical team, first-class management team, and perfect modern enterprise management mechanism.
 

More intelligent
In order to build a digital workshop production line that meets industrial 4.0 standards, Kangtu engineers have determined a batch of advanced intelligent digital production equipment and automation equipment through continuous selection, comparison and testing, using bus control technology, the production process control diagnosis is intelligently processed, and it has an intelligent control system that controls the work of each equipment and an online detection system to realize the automation and intelligent production of components, and the quality is controllable and traceable, high working efficiency. The layout of the whole production line is at the leading level in the industry, and compared with the conventional production line, the production efficiency can improve the 50%. In addition, the new production line can be compatible with international mainstream component products such as half-chip, multi-grid, and splicing at the same time, with an average power of more than 400w and a conversion efficiency of up to more than 20%.
November 2019, Kangtu's new project successfully passed the evaluation of the "Intelligent Factory" expert group of Anhui Economic and Information Department, successfully passed the project acceptance, and officially awarded Dongxu Kangtu the honorary title of "Intelligent Factory.

Open up the international market
In the general environment of the National Energy Administration promoting "affordable access to the Internet and reduced subsidies", the photovoltaic manufacturing industry has overcapacity, and many companies are struggling. Dongxu Kangtu has made full use of the accumulated competitive advantages, has already set its sights on foreign markets, seized the major opportunities of the "Belt and Road", and successfully established export duty-free warehouses in Germany, Thailand and other places. Through supporting and serving large-scale engineering projects such as central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, the products have been exported to India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Australia, Colombia, south Africa and other 25 "the belt and road initiative" countries and regions. 2017-2019, the proportion of overseas orders has gradually expanded from 7% to 55%.

On the one hand, the delivery and use of the new production line can effectively relieve the pressure of order delivery, on the other hand, it enriches the product line and can produce the international mainstream component products that tend to be in the forefront series. In addition, through the unremitting efforts of Kangtu people, the transformation of intellectual property achievements independently developed by Dongxu has been realized on the new line for the first time, which is of great significance to promoting the high-quality development of Kangtu. After the new line is put into production, it will climb quickly to form mass production capacity.
